Loved soaking in the indoor pool and sweating in the sauna. The airport shuttle saved me from actually having to hail a taxi.

The rooms here are clean and reasonably spacious, with balconies, and the staff is very helpful and accommodating, plus the location is great for accessing various attractions, creating a special atmosphere.

For families with children, my wife says that a dedicated kids' play area would be a great addition.

I came here for 2 nights and had a very comfortable stay. For a 4 star hotel everything was excellent, I truly enjoyed to be here. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Cong vien Cau Giay bus stop. The room was modern and cheap with balcony, and I slept very well. All of the staff was extremely friendly and amicable.

The location of this place is very convenient and close to many attractions in Vietnam, making it an ideal choice for exploring the area.

We had a fantastic stay at Libra Hotel Residence in Hanoi with our large family. The spacious apartment provided the perfect accommodation for us, with big rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The cleanliness of the apartment was impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

My kids wished there was a dedicated play area for children.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was blown away by the spacious and tidy room. With Netflix available, I enjoyed a relaxing night in after exploring the delightful neighborhood with its numerous coffee shops and idyllic ambience. Although there was no breakfast provided, the grab delivery food option was quick and efficient, and the hotel staff was happy to help with ordering taxis - even managing to secure a better rate than Grab on one occasion!

The WiFi connection did have a few hiccups, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.

I loved the spacious and immaculate room with excellent bedding and an accommodating staff. Plus, the numerous coffee shops in the vicinity provided me with lots of tasty caffeine. , the location was great, just a quick cab ride away from the city center!

The Wi-Fi wasn't the strongest for downloading anything, but it worked fine for socializing and emailing. The taxi ride to the hotel was also a bit of a challenge due to aggressive traffic in the region.
